Bregan D'aerthe began as a small group of IRC AD&D Role-players devoted to
Drow Role-play. The four founding members were Jarlaxle, Calimar, Ryld, and myself(Drizzt).
We implemented a unique storyline that had Drizzt return to the Underdark to protect his friends from the perils of the Drow attempts to bring him back and sacrifice him to Lloth. We were soon joined by Leith Dyahe, who proved to be a valuable asset.
After some time, other facets of the Internet were discovered by our members and soon we began to lose players from our games and from our guild as a whole. Even one or two of the founding members began spending more time on other parts of the Internet than on IRC with the guild.
